The job involves managing Sales & Client servicing teams, coordinate within the team and with Developers authorities, ensure all executives achieve goals & are equally motivated to work.
Job description:
Be solely responsible for managing teams, team targets, training, meetings and team developments.
Manage entire cycle of the Sales prospects and ensure every prospect is well attended by assigned executives.
Plan Sales & marketing activities, Live/stop status updates, weekend Site Visits plans, executive assignment, follow-ups plans with the help of Sales Head and discuss & implement with the help of assigned teams. Accompany them if required on the site & ensure closures

Experience	3 - 8 Years
Salary	5 Lac To 7 Lac P.A.
